Report: Phoenix Suns not intersted in Eric Bledsoe sign-and-trade
By Josh Hill
The Minnesota Timberwolves are set to offer Phoenix Suns guard Eric Bledsoe a max contract offer but they’re only going to do so if they have assurance that a sign-and-trade is going to happen.

In short, it’s not.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski from Yahoo! Sports, the Minnesota Timberwolves are unlikely to land Eric Bledsoe as the Suns are not at all interested in a sign-and-trade involving the guard.
"The Phoenix Suns have no interest in sign-and-trade discussions with the Minnesota Timberwolves involving restricted free-agent guard Eric Bledsoe, league sources told Yahoo Sports."
The Wolves really have nothing to offer the Suns in a trade for Bledsoe, which is the primary reason why they’re not going to see anything happen any time soon. If the Wolves want to acquire the guard, they’re going to need to throw in a potential All-Star player and that’s no Ricky Rubio.
Minnesota also doesn’t have the cap space to straight up sign Bledsoe, meaning there needs to be a sign-and-trade to make this all happen and it’s just not something Phoenix is even considering.
