His mind has since changed.

Harrison sent out a cryptic Instagram video where he asked his children if they wanted to see him play football again one more time.

To follow that up, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Harrison is expected to sign with the Steelers this week to replace injured linebackers Ryan Shazier and Jarvis Jones.

It’s a move that may surprise some, but Steelers fans will be more than pleased that Harrison’s retirement didn’t last much longer than three weeks.

He still seems to be in fit playing condition and while he’s long past his prime, Pittsburgh is so desperate for linebackers after Sunday night that adding Harrison is as much a sigh of relief as it is exciting to see.
