Lance Stephenson releases music video for freestyle rap (Video)

Charlotte Hornets shooting guard Lance Stephenson found himself in the news cycle in August for releasing a freestyle to the beat created by rapper Bobby Shmurda.

Among the lines that caught basketball fans’ attention (as pointed out by FanSided’s Jalen Bishop):
"“Love Indiana, I’ma miss some good days.”“I been ballin’ hard since like the 5th grade/Watchin’ A.I. gettin’ 40 with the French braids.”“Two chains, now I’m stuntin’ on ‘em/See a center in the lane and I’m dunkin’ on ‘em.”"

Shmurda’s original song is one of the most popular songs around these days, with many celebrities and athletes embracing the “Shmoney dance” done by Shmurda in the video.
Stephenson signed with the Charlotte Hornets this offseason.
