Snoop Dogg is an unofficial USC football recruiting coordinator
If Snoop Dogg had his way, he knows where his son would play football in the N-C-double-A. Ever see Snoop wandering around with a college jersey on? No doubt the USC football recruiting staff has, and with good reason.

Cordell Broadus a.k.a. “Snoop Dogg’s kid” is a four-star wide receiver prospect out of national powerhouse Bishop Gorman High School. He’s ranked as the No. 2 prospect in the state of Nevada, the No. 11 overall wide receiver and the No. 115 overall athlete in the country according to the 247Sports Composite Index.
The younger Broadus is not just “Snoop Dogg’s kid”. In fact, the guy’s a straight-up baller. Don’t believe me? See for yourself.
He has offers, oh does he have offers. USC, UCLA, Notre Dame, Florida State, LSU, I could go on. Big Snoop obviously will support Lil’ Snoop in his choice, but…
Interesting take, pops. Interesting word choice, too. I’m the paranoid sort, admittedly. Maybe I read too much into “I will have to support him.”
I blame following recruiting for over a decade and hearing the horror stories firsthand.
In the meantime, yes, Lil Snoop could end up a Trojan. In fact, 247Sports’ Crystal Ball predicts he will be, but only by a scant 53-47 percent edge with 36 analysts chiming in.
Which school has the 47 percent on its side? UCLA, of course.
I’d be curious to see if the Doggfather would wear a split USC-UCLA jersey. There’s only one way to find out.
