The Arkansas Razorbacks stole momentum from the Texas A&M Aggies with a fake punt for a touchdown in the final minutes in the first half and continued to distance themselves from Kenny Hill and the Aggies with the nation’s No. 4 scoring offense.

Quarterback Brandon Allen has been much-maligned during the last year and a half but the Hogs signal-caller is having himself a day as he threw what may be his best touchdown of his college career that went to former quarterback A.J. Derby in the third quarter.

Allen found the former quarterback on a wonderfully executed play action fake on third-and-two to extend the Razorbacks lead to 28-14 with 20 minutes left in the game as the Hogs look for their first SEC win under second-year head coach Bret Bielema.

Arkansas is known for their ground game under Bielema but the biggest play of the game after the punter running 51-yards for a touchdown has been a play involving a quarterback throwing a pass to a former quarterback.

Gotta love college football.
