Baltimore Ravens’ wide receiver Steve Smith tried to warn the Carolina Panthers.

The Panthers probably should have listened. Smith had three catches for 86 yards and a touchdown in the first 17 minutes of the match-up between the two squads on Sunday.

Smith spent the first 13 years of his career with the Panthers but they decided to part ways with Smith, releasing him this offseason. Smith signed with the Ravens and marked Sunday on his calender, swearing revenge on his former team.

So far, he is backing up the talk.
