Well the Major League Baseball Playoffs got off to a rather exciting start on Tuesday. Well, you see, the game itself between the Kansas City Royals and the Oakland Athletics started on Tuesday but it ended on Wednesday on the East Coast, as the game went to 12 innings.

But, wow, what a 12-inning game it was, and when it was all said and done, the Kansas City Royals pulled it out in the bottom of the inning off the bat of catcher Salvador Perez.
But for as crazy as the hit itself looked on TV, you had to imagine that it looked even better from inside the confines of Kauffman Stadium.
