Los Angeles Clippers’ center DeAndre Jordan has continued to improve throughout his NBA career.

The Clippers are hoping DeAndre Jordan’s continued development can be one of the reasons they can compete for an NBA Title. Jordan can become a free agent following the the 2014-2015 season.
There has been speculation that he could sign an extension but it really doesn’t make sense for him to do so. Even his coach agrees.
According to Ben Bolch of The Los Angeles Times, Doc Rivers doesn’t think it’d be a good idea for DeAndre Jordan to sign an extension.
The last time Deandre Jordan was a free agent – he was restricted and signed a huge deal with the Golden State Warriors, which the Clippers obviously matched.
DeAndre Jordan averaged 10.4 points, 13.6 rebounds, 2.5 blocks, 1.0 steals and 0.9 assists per game while shooting 67.6% from the field and 42.8% from the free throw line. In the postseason, was solid again. He went for 9.6 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.5 blocks, 0.9 steals and 0.8 assists per game while shooting 73.0% from the field and 43.4% from the free throw line. DeAndre Jordan has averaged 7.4 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game while shooting 65.2% from the floor and 42.5% from the charity stripe in his six-year career.
