Aaron Rodgers: Packers’ offense can make considerable improvements
By Mike Dyce
Green Bay Packers fans had some concerns over their offense, which rank in the bottom half of the league in passing offense and rushing offense. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers told fans to relax, and they got a convincing win over the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday night.

Rodgers isn’t saying that the problem is resolved though, he still says the Packers offense need to make considerable improvements moving forward.
“I think we have some considerable improvements to make moving forward,” Rodgers said, via ESPN.com. “I mean, this was a home game for us. Defense played really well. Offensively we started pretty good. Two touchdowns in three drives, and then we kind of went stagnant for a while, so that’s disappointing.”
Rodgers himself had a solid performance Thursday night, leading the Packers with a compelling stat line of 12-of-17 passing, 156 yards, 138.7 passer rating and three touchdowns. The Packers’ offense was very balanced as well, with 156 yards rushing. Eddie Lacy led the team in rushing with 105 yards on 13 carries.
Matt Flynn came in for Rodgers in the fourth quarter when the game was locked up.
