Detroit Lions rule Theo Riddick out vs. Bills
By Josh Hill
Detroit Lions running back Theo Riddick has been ruled out this week, which means fantasy owners of Reggie Bush are over the moon thinking about what this means for his stats.
Reggie Bush is the main back in the Detroit Lions backfield, and that’s going to be as true a statement this weekend then it ever has been before. He’s at the top of the depth chart, but he’s heading into Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills as the only healthy back in Detroit’s three-headed backfield monster.

According to MLive.com, the Detroit Lions will be without Theo Riddick on Sunday as well, meaning Reggie Bush will be the only healthy back at the top of the depth chart.
"The Detroit Lions will be down two of their top three running backs when the team hosts the Buffalo Bills this Sunday. Joique Bell (concussion) and Theo Riddick (hamstring) have been officially ruled out for Sunday’s contest, paving the way for rookie George Winn to see extended playing time in his professional debut."
Detroit has other running backs, so it won’t be only Bush. However, fantasy owners who own Bush can take solace in the fact that he’s the best back on the depth chart and won’t have carries poached by Riddick or Bell.
That doesn’t mean he’s going to turn in a historic fantasy week, or even a decent one. But the odds are more in favor of him performing well then they are against him posting solid numbers against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
