The Florida Gators barely escaped Neyland Stadium with a 10-9 win against the Tennessee Volunteers where points were at a premium and Florida quarterback was doing his best to lose the game for the Gators.

Driskel threw three interceptions and only 59 yards on 11-of-23 passing before he was benched for true freshman Treon Harris who injected life in to the stagnant Florida offense and quickly led the team to two scoring drives and the 10 points they needed to survive.
Florida head coach Will Muschamp waited as long as possible before inserting the true freshman in the lineup, but when he did, the offense showed a dimension it lacked all season long, so could we see him get more action now?
“If we have to play two quart backs going forward we’ll do that,” Muschamp said.

Muschamp would not say who would be the starting quarterback for their next game against the LSU Tigers after Harris finished with 17 yards on 2-of-4 passing. With Harris behind center the run game picked up as he added 24 yards on four carries and running back Matt Jones was able to find running room with 114 yards.
A two-quarterback system is not foreign to Florida fans, but more Harris is a no-brainer for a team who has to be tired of seeing Driskel put the team in untenable positions.
