It was a quiet week with three of the top five teams in the country enjoying an open week, so we did not see Alabama, Oregon or Oklahoma in action this week, but we did nearly see the No. 1 team in the nation fall for the second week in a row.

After escaping in overtime last week vs. the Clemson Tigers without Jameis Winston, Florida State fell down 24-7 after the first quarter to North Carolina State before rallying to survive the upset bid from the Wolfpack and get out of Raleigh with a win for the first time in the last three meetings.

For the first time all year there were no upsets in the top 10, so how did the FanSided College Football Top 25 poll shake out after Week 5?

You have seen the AP top 25 poll and now we present to you a panel of 10 college football editors and writers who submitted their personal top 25 poll’s. Each No. 1 vote receives 25 points, No. 2 vote gets 24 and so on until the No. 25 team gets one point.

The results were added to find the FanSided college football top 25 poll that will be published every Monday morning throughout the college football season.
