San Francisco 49ers’ quarterback Colin Kaepernick says he loves Jim Harbaugh

The San Francisco 49ers are coming off of a huge 22-17 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. It was a very nice change of pace from all of the rumors flying around about head coach Jim Harbaugh.

There has been a lot of speculation surrounding whether or not Harbaugh will be brought back following the season. Some believe he has lost the team and they want him out. That doesn’t appear to be the case for starting quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Colin Kaepernick was Harbaugh’s project that he has turned into a major success story, and it isn’t too surprising that he would rather see his head coach remain in San Francisco.

San Francisco has gotten off to a rough start this season, but after their win this afternoon they are sitting at 3-2 and are very much in the NFC playoff picture. Fans began overreacting to the rough start immediately, rather than waiting to see what the team did with a bit more time. There isn’t much to be worried about right now this early in the season, and Harbaugh’s job likely isn’t in too much danger until later on in the year if the team has issues.

Harbaugh has taken the 49ers to high places and doesn’t deserve to be treated the way that he has been over the past few weeks. He is still doing a good job as the 49ers’ head coach and it just doesn’t seem realistic that they are considering moving on from him after the season. If they do end up getting rid of him, there will be plenty of teams that would be happy to scoop him up.

Expect to hear more rumors coming up over the next few weeks about Harbaugh but nothing really matters until the season comes to an end. The 49ers are likely still going to end up making the playoffs and Harbaugh’s seat won’t be nearly as hot if that is the case. At this point in time, don’t put too much stock into what the media is talking about when it comes to Harbaugh.
