Drew Stanton may have a concussion so rookie Logan Thomas is in at quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals against the Denver Broncos.

The Arizona Cardinals have not lost a game this season despite an injury to quarterback Carson Palmer.

More from Arizona Cardinals

Palmer (shoulder) hasn’t played since the Cardinals’ season-opening 18-17 victory over the San Diego Chargers.

However, in Palmer’s absence, veteran Drew Stanton has filled in admirably.

On Sunday, the Cardinals are facing their toughest test, a road game at the Denver Broncos. Now, they’ll be facing that challenge without Palmer or Stanton. Stanton is being checked for a possible concussion and has been replaced by rookie Logan Thomas.

A former Virginia Tech Hokie, Logan Thomas has great size (6’6, 250 lbs.) and skill but is considered very raw and has been described as a project.
