The Cleveland Cavaliers are playing their first true preseason game of the year, but hearts sank when LeBron James left the contest and failed to return.
When LeBron left the game and came out of the locker room late, Cavaliers fans instantly thought the worst. But thankfully, whatever was bothering LeBron was likely rust more than anything sinister or serious.

Chris Haynes, the newest Cavaliers beat writer, later reported that LeBron was sitting out the rest of the preseason game for ‘wear and tear’.
I'm told LeBron James sitting out the second half for #Cavs is due to where the game is and not because of an injury.

LeBron James is crucially important to the Cavaliers season, as an injury to him is deadly. But you have to remember that LeBron James is not a young man anymore, even if he’s still not 30 yet. He entered the NBA straight out of high school, so there’s a lot of mileage on his body.
Seeing him leave a game is never good, bt this is the first real action
