LeBron James was uncomfortable at Dwyane Wade’s wedding
By Bryan Rose
While most would be rather envious of the lifestyle LeBron James leads, the vast majority wouldn’t have wanted to have been in his shoes this summer when he attended the wedding of former teammate Dwyane Wade.

Wade, who married actress Gabriel Union had invited James long before the former NBA MVP decided to leave the Miami Heat and join the Cleveland Cavaliers in free agency and it wouldn’t have been acceptable for Wade to yank the invitation simply because of that.
Given that, LeBron James made his way to Wade’s wedding though apparently wasn’t very comfortable as noted by ESPN.
"James later told friends that having to share the same room with Heat president Pat Riley was uncomfortable that night. It stands to reason it was probably hard to make eye contact with Heat owner Micky Arison or coach Erik Spoelstra as well."
In addition LeBron James never made his way to Chris Bosh’s table which added to the growing disconnect between the two, something Bosh confirmed when he stated he and James hadn’t spoken since James left South Beach.
In fairness to LeBron James, he did the right thing and showed up at a wedding for a friend he’d probably preferred not to attend. It would have essentially been like returning to your former employer after you left them hanging to form your own startup company, even though James had yet to officially announce he was returning to the Cavs. Wade, for what it’s worth, suggested he knew LeBron wasn’t come back to the Miami Heat as the two flew back from Las Vegas where they were in town to watch Team USA.
Very strange to see such a once proud marriage fall apart into such a strange and bitter divorce.
