Two-time Pro Bowl center Alex Mack of the Cleveland Browns was carted off in the first half of their game with the Pittsburgh Steelers and had an air cast placed on his left leg.

, Mack was carted off the field with 6:22 left in the second quarter after he was caught under a pile.
In his sixth season, Mack had never missed a snap prior to Sunday.
He was a Pro Bowler in 2010 and again last season. He was a first-round pick by the Browns out of California in 2009.
Mack signed a five-year, $42 million offer sheet with the Jacksonville Jaguars this spring, an offer that was matched by the Browns, with $18 million guaranteed.
All of the guaranteed money is in the first two years of the deal–$10 million this year and $8 million in 2015. The remaining three years, at $8 million a year, are not guaranteed, according to OverTheCap.com.
John Greco moved over from right guard to play center, with Paul McQuistan coming in at Greco’s guard spot.
