Reggie Bush will likely be unavailable for the Detroit Lions in week 6 as his team prepares to take on the Minnesota Vikings.

The Detroit Lions will take the field Sunday against the division rival Minnesota Vikings without two of their most dynamic players on offense. With Calvin Johnson already listed as doubtful with the ankle injury that has hounded him all season, it sounds like the Lions will also be without running back Reggie Bush.

Bush is listed as questionable for this week’s game with his own ankle injury. Having played in all five games for the Lions so far this season, Bush is most likely going to miss Sunday’s game with the injury.

That has been the fear for much of this week for the Lions, and as the team gets ready on Sunday morning, it sounds like they are getting closer to ruling Bush out. According to Ian Rapoport:

Joique Bell will be back in the lineup for the Lions to shoulder much of that load in the running game as well as Detroit tried to go on the road and get a win.

Bush has rushed for an underwhelming 161 yards this season with one touchdown, averaging just 3.6 yards per carry. He has also chipped in 20 receptions for 142 yards.

The Lions have not quite been able to get their offense consistently on track this season. In week 6, they will have to continue those efforts with two of their most dangerous weapons.
