The Kansas City Royals are enjoying a magical run in the 2014 MLB Playoffs, and their fans are expressing their excitement accordingly. In this case, that excitement scared the heck out of a local reporter.

As they have charged to a World Series berth over the last couple weeks, everybody has been going things right for the Kansas City Royals. Their pitchers are locking things down, their defenders are making incredible plays, their runners are stealing bases, and their hitters are coming through with clutch home runs.
Even their fans are doing things right.
In an era of photo-bombs and video-bombs, not all efforts are created equal. Sometimes the timing is off. Sometimes it’s not funny. Sometimes it’s just creepy. Just because somebody attempted to sneak into the back of a shot does not mean they pulled it off successfully.
This Royals’ fan deserves all the credit in the world for a job done right on this video-bomb. He was able to sneak into the background of the shot of a local newscast undetected. He did not disappoint once he had jumped onto camera, yelling without regard for the telecast or anything else, really.
This fan expressed the unbridled joy of the moment for Royals’ fans and scared the ‘bejeezus’ out of the reporter in the process. A job well done.
