Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay will suffer some embarrassment today as the city of Carmel, Indiana released the video taken by the dashboard camera of the police officer that pulled him over in March for a DUI.
Last March, Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested on a driving under the influence charge and today the city of Carmel, Indiana, where he was pulled over, has released the video.

Jim Irsay, 55, was barely able to walk around after he was asked to step out of his vehicle. He had to sit on the front bumper of the police squad car because he could not keep his balance. Police recovered numerous prescription pill bottles from his vehicle he was driving as well as $29,029 in cash.
After Jim Irsay’s arrest, he was charged with two counts of impaired driving. Jim Irsay pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. He also admitted to having hydrocodone, oxycodone and alprazolam (Xanax) in his system. In September, he was sentenced to one year probation where he is not allowed to consume or own any alcoholic beverages. His driver’s license is also revoked for one year and thirty days.
Further punishment from the NFL came when they suspended Jim Irsay for six games and fined him $500,000. The six-game suspension, which also did not allow Jim Irsay to use social media or do interviews, ended Oct. 10.
Jim Irsay has a past with drug addiction. He has spoken of chronic pain in his hip and lower back and admitted his addiction to painkillers and was treated in 2002 for drug addiction.
Jim Irsay seeked help again after his arrest by getting treated in rehabilitation center. After his arrest, his oldest daughter, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, 33, took control of the Colts.
As for his team, the Indianapolis Colts, they are performing well. They are 4-0 since going 0-2 to start the season. The Colts lead in total offense and total passing with 328.7 passing yards a game coming from star quarterback Andrew Luck. They’ll take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
