You know you’re having a bad day when you’re yanked off the field in favor of Colt McCoy who had thrown one pass in an NFL game since 2012. You know you’re having an even worse day when McCoy trolls you by throwing a touchdown just moments after you were benched.
Alas that’s what Kirk Cousins is dealing with as not only was the Washington Redskins starting quarterback removed from the game for poor performance (two more turnovers) by head coach Jay Gruden, but Colt McCoy came into the game and immediately threw a 70-yard touchdown pass.
In what can only be considered an epic troll job, McCoy found wide receiver Pierre Garcon streaking down the left side of the field and the two connected for an impressive touchdown. To make the troll job even more hilarious? McCoy’s touchdown pass actually gave the Washington Redskins a lead over the Tennessee Titans as Kirk Cousins sat on the bench.
Keep in mind, this is a guy (McCoy) who has thrown 18 pass attempts since 2011 and he immedietly comes in and drills a 70-yard pass for a touchdown which gives his team the lead.
Hopefully Kirk Cousins wasn’t planning on playing the lotto today because I’m pretty sure with his luck, he won’t be winning.
