Kansas City Royals Fan Buys Longtime Fan Two World Series Tickets

The Kansas City Royals are down in the World Series to the San Francisco Giants, 3-2. One Royals fan decided to perform a random act of kindness, and bought a woman he barely knew two tickets to Game Six of the World Series.
You’ve likely heard of random acts of kindness, nice gestures and deeds done for no real reason other than to provide joy or help to someone’s life. One Royals fan wanted to help make another Royals fan happy, and he surprised a woman at his doctor’s office with two tickets to Game Six of the World Series against the San Francisco Giants.

Small-business owner Rob Hoback said he immediately thought of Patricia Henson as the recipient of the two tickets, which cost Hoback approximately $1,800. Hoback said whenever he visited his doctor’s office, Henson, who worked at the office, was always in good spirits and a huge Royals fans.
Henson, who recently had open-heart surgery, was at Kauffman Stadium in 1985 for the Game Seven of that World Series, when Kansas City took home its only MLB championship.
