Even years. It’s really a thing. Who are we to argue at this point?
The San Francisco Giants won another World Series championship on Wednesday night. That’s three in the last five years: 2010, 2012, and now 2014. The Giants rode the hot pitching of Madison Bumgarner, who was named World Series MVP, and won in seven games. It was a thrilling final game, with the Royals getting the tying run to third base in the ninth inning.
The Giants held on and ended the magical run of the Kansas City Royals. As you can imagine, Twitter reacted accordingly. Let’s round up some of the best.
You know Bumgarner is more excited about that truck that the MVP trophy :)

I hope the Giants' 3 World Series wins in 5 years don't give their manager a big head.
