Minnesota Timberwolves Fan Tapes Unwanted Ticket To Post (Photo)

A Minnesota Timberwolves fan decided they didn’t want to go to the NBA team’s home opener, and didn’t want to go through the trouble of finding a taker for the ticket, so they taped them on an electric post.
The Minnesota Timberwolves had an interesting offseason, to say the least, drafting point guard Zach LaVine and probably did about as well as a team in their situation could have when they acquired Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett from the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for star Kevin Love, but given that the Wolves are in the West, it’s unlikely that Minnesota will make a lot of noise this season, even if the future could be exciting.

Apparently, one ticket holder isn’t a believer in the youth movement, or found something better to do than go to the home opener against the Detroit Pistons last night. Despite living in the Internet age, with different places to sell unwanted tickets online, the owner of this ticket decided he wasn’t going to throw it in the trash, but was too lazy to actually find someone to go to the game:
No word regarding if anyone claimed the ticket, let alone used it, but if someone did, they would have seen a win: the Wolves downed the Pistons, 97-91.
