It turns out that Smith will not be in uniform on Sunday against the Chiefs as he has been deactivated in favor of Matt Simms. That only makes the job easier for the Chiefs, as even though Micheal Vick is starting, the team doesn’t know what they’re doing and that’s abundantly clear.
