LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are trying to get everything back on track Wednesday night as they take on the Utah Jazz, however, Gordon Hayward is making that task mighty difficult.

Actually, the entire Jazz team collectively is making it difficult as they’re holding a comfortable lead over the Cavs currently in the second half. But back in the first half is when Hayward struck.

Watch in the video below as Hayward shows off his hustling skills down the court, chases down LeBron and gets the block on the lay in attempt.

LeBron seemingly had no idea that Hayward was right behind him, but he knew that he was there when the ball didn’t go directly in the net like he thought it was going to.

The only thing was, the block was called a goal tend. But still, the hustle from Hayward was amazing and could very well have ended up being a clean block if it were just seconds sooner.

Nonetheless, things just keep getting off to a worse start for the Cavs and LeBron to start the season. If they end up losing to the Jazz tonight, they’ll drop to 1-3 to start the year, something not a lot of people saw coming.
