Cleveland Browns are jinxed by confident play-by-play commentators

I’m kidding, I think.
No one was more upset than the Cleveland Browns fans when these CBS play-by-play broadcasters put up an infographic showing how the team never turns the ball over — they had 99 straight trips to the red zone that were turnover-free, as a matter of fact, until the broadcasters brought it up.
Surprise.
Mere seconds after Andrew Catalon and Steve Beuerlein sang their praises of the Browns, running back Isaiah Crowell… turned the ball over to the Houston Texans.
Uh.
Anyone who’s ever done a play-by-play announcement for a sports team knows this feeling (speaking on behalf of a friend, of course). There’s a seemingly unbreakable streak, or a really on fire player, or a stat that seems to be unbroken for games on end… and so you bring it up, pointing out how awesome it is, just in time to break the streak.
It sucks until the fans find you, skin you alive, then bury you under the grass on their field of broken hopes and dreams. Then it really sucks.
Actually, that being said, has anyone checked on these two broadcasters since the game ended? This is kind of a serious question.
On a side note, J.J. Watt seemingly cannot be stopped.
