Kansas City Chiefs Travis Kelce decelating Seattle Seahawks DB Earl Thomas got the WWE, Jim Ross treatment.

More from Kansas City Chiefs

Vine is a popular website these days for creating memes and all sort of funny short six second long videos. As the Kansas City Chiefs got a thrilling 24-20 victory over the defending Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks, Kansas City’s second year tight end, laid a massive blow to Earl Thomas, Seahawks safety.

Jim Ross, a former WWE (wrestling) commentator has given some great, over-the-top calls over the years but none more than one he made when former wrestler “Mankind” was thrown off of the top of a cage and through a table. Ross screams, “My God they’ve killed him! As God as my witness, he’s broken in half!”

This was a somewhat disparaging game for Travis Kelce, who had only two catches and also lost a fumble at a very costly moment right before halftime that led to a Seattle field goal. This was Kelce’s only real bright spot of a game in which the Chiefs did not utilize the passing game much at all.

The hit came at a time in the game that was huge for the Chiefs Jamaal Charles, that was sprung for nearly 18 extra yards after Earl Thomas was decleated. Travis Kelce, in his second year, is not necessarily known as a blocker for the Chiefs, so that makes the play a little extra special for Kelce. As great as the hit is, it is not nearly as great as the call it gets in this vine from Snorman!
