Fantasy Basketball: FanDuel Lineups For November 22nd

CorThere are nine more games going on in the NBA tonight. Mercifully for the Bulls (and me) they get a day off to nurse their M*A*S*H* unit that they call a roster.

Here are my FanDuel Lineups for November 22nd:

Oct 29, 2014; Boston, MA, USA; Brooklyn Nets guard Jarrett Jack (0) drives on Boston Celtics guard Rajon Rondo (9) during the fourth quarter of Boston

Point Guards:

Bargains:

Mo Williams, Timberwolves ($5,500): Williams was kept in check for the most part by the Spurs, but he still got the bulk of the minutes. For a sure 20 points, $5,500 seems reasonable, and he certainly has the potential to put up more.

Jarrett Jack, Nets ($4,600): Jack has played more than 30 minutes in each of the last two games, and has produced fantasy totals that are right up there with his minutes. The Nets can’t afford to keep him out of their lineup. Can you?

Worth The Cost:

John Wall, Wizards ($9,100): Wall has produced five consecutive 30+ fantasy point games with two of those topping 40. He is worth the money right now.

Kyle Lowry, Raptors (8,300): Lowry has topped 35 fantasy points in four of his last five games. Tonight he gets a Cavs team that John Wall just carved up. I like those odds!

Overpriced:

Michael Carter-Williams, 76ers ($8,300): He and Tony Wroten are having trouble figuring out how to play together. I think they will eventually, and this team will improve exponentially once they do, but there is no reason to go with either of them in daily leagues.

Goran Dragic, Suns ($6,900): Drago has just 29.1 points in his last two games combined! Stay away until he figures things out.

My Lineups:

A: Williams and Jack ($10,100)

B: Wall and Darren Collison ($16,500): Collison has been lights out for the last five games, and I like his matchup against the Rubio-less Timberwolves.

Shooting Guards:

Bargains:

Eric Gordon, Pelicans ($4,900): Gordon is starting to find his shot. He won’t do much else for you, but he has been a solid 20 fantasy point producer. For under $5K, I want more of a sure thing today than the risks I have been taking.

Evan Fournier, Magic ($5,500): His 40 point fantasy days are over, but he has still been a solid 25 even with Victor Oladipo in the lineup. It appears that these two can co-exist, which is a great thing for the Magic and fantasy owners alike.

Worth The Cost:

Monta Ellis, Mavericks ($7,400): Monta has topped the 30 fantasy point mark in six of his last eight games, with none under 20 in that span. He has been about as consistent as a guard can be lately.

James Harden, Rockets ($10,000): After a couple of off games, Harden seems to be back on track. The game with Dallas could be a track meet if last night was any indication. That could be a good thing for Ellis and Harden alike.

Overpriced:

Dwyane Wade, Heat ($8,100): Wade looks like he will play, but I have questions as to whether he will be 100%. There is a slight chance that he goes off, but I won’t be the one taking it. I will go with safer options for that kind of money.

Victor Oladipo, Magic ($6,800): He has gone over 21 fantasy points only once since his return. Stay away until he gets back into his groove.

My Lineup:

A: Gordon and Ellis ($12,300)

B: Gordon and Eric Bledsoe ($11,700): Bledsoe has been the only Suns guard with consistent numbers lately. He has six straight games with 26 or more fantasy points.

Apr 13, 2014; Sacramento, CA, USA; Minnesota Timberwolves forward Corey Brewer (13) reacts to a call during the fourth quarter of the game against the Sacramento Kings at Sleep Train Arena. Small Forwards:

Bargains:

Corey Brewer, Timberwolves ($4,700): Brewer has topped 23 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, making him a great bargain for $4,700.

Jabari Parker, Bucks ($5,600): Rookies are always a risk, but it is worth noting that Parker has gone over 30 fantasy points in the last two games. It is possible that Giannis Antetokounmpo could cut into his production if he plays more today, but the only sure thing on the Bucks right now is that Parker will play at least half the game. Proceed with caution though. This is a small sample size, and a coaching staff that tinkers with the personnel more than any team should be allowed to.

Worth The Cost:

Tobias Harris, Magic ($7,200): Harris had yet another big game last night. You simply can’t go wrong with Harris right now.

Rudy Gay, Kings ($8,200): The sore Achilles has not hampered him much. The one thing that could hamper him though is if the Kings blow out Minnesota, Gay will likelyĀ rest a lot at the end. Be prepared for that if you roll with Gay.

Overpriced:

Gordon Hayward, Jazz ($7,200): That is now four under 25 fantasy point games in the last five for Heyward. He is the same price as Tobias Harris. Go with the sure thing.

LeBron James, Cavaliers ($10,400): That is two straight games under 35 for the King, which hurts with that price tag.

My Lineups:

A and B: Brewer and Harris ($11,900): For me, they are by far the best options tonight.

Nov 1, 2014; Atlanta, GA, USA; Indiana Pacers forward Luis Scola (4) grabs a rebound from Atlanta Hawks guard Jeff Teague (0) during the first half at Philips Arena. Mandatory Credit: Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

Power Forwards:

Bargains:

Boris Diaw, Spurs ($4,800): It is the second game of a back-to-back, which means Boris should get some extra work. I doubt that Tim Duncan sits the entire game, but he could be held to 25 minutes or so, which would put Diaw in there for 20+. When he is in that long, he produces.

Luis Scola, Pacers ($4,900): If you are looking to roll the dice, Scola has played 30+ minutes in each of the last two games, and has had very good fantasy nights. Three in a row is possible!

Worth The Cost:

Carmelo Anthony, ($8,700): ā€˜Melo has had just two games under 30 fantasy points this season. That said, if the Knicks are blowing out the Sixers, he could find a spot on the bench late in the game.

Anthony Davis, Pelicans ($11,800): Davis had an ā€œoffā€ night last night, going for ā€œjustā€ 33.8 fantasy points. I’m betting he get back into his usual high-40 range against the Jazz tonight.

Overpriced:

Kevin Love, Cavaliers ($8,500): Love has topped 35 fantasy points only once since November 3rd. I would rather kick myself for missing a 40 point outburst than for getting high 20’s for that much money.

Dirk Nowitzki, Mavericks ($7,100): Dirk has beenĀ a victim of the team’s success. The Mavs have six wins by 15 points or more, which means a lot of rest for Dirk. It is bad for daily leaguers, but good for the Mavericks.

My Lineups:

A: Scola and Davis ($16,700)

B: Nowitzki and Markieff Morris ($13,800): I am gambling that the Mavs won’t blow out the Rockets, and that the Suns need to use Markieff inside against the Pacers.

Nov 20, 2014; Sacramento, CA, USA; Chicago Bulls forward Taj Gibson (22) fouls Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins (15) from the floor during the third quarter at Sleep Train Arena. The Sacramento Kings defeated the Chicago Bulls 103-88. Mandatory Credit: Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

Center:

Bargain:

Gorgui Dieng, Timberwolves ($6,000): His price jumped a lot, but not enough to throw me off the scent. Dieng had a quality game against the Spurs. I’m hoping he can turn in another against the Kings, but Cousins could give him problems. Still, even if he only scores 25, he is worth 6K.

Worth The Price:

DeMarcus Cousins, Kings ($10,000): He has not had a sub-30 point fantasy game this season. Who else can say that?

Overpriced:

Marcin Gortat, Wizards ($6,800): He has failed to top 25 fantasy points in six of his last seven games. Wait until he gets back on track.

My Lineups:

A: Nikola Vucevic ($8,700): I couldn’t find a way to afford Cousins because I don’t like the other options at PF, but Vuce is a hell of a consolation prize!

B: Dieng ($6,000)
