NFL team buses are supposed to be safe places, but twice already this season we’ve seen that safety tested. The most recent case of this was on Sunday afternoon when the Baltimore Ravens team bus was sideswiped while driving around New Orleans.
The team doesn’t play until tomorrow night, as the Saints will welcome them into the Superdome on ESPN, but someone has already welcomed them to town with a little hostile New Orleans hospitality.

A few weeks ago, the Washington Redskins were involved in a bus crash while in Minneapolis on their way to TCF Bank Stadium to take on the Minnesota Vikings. That crash seemed to be a little more serious than this one, as the Ravens seem to have been involved in nothing more than a sideswipe accident.
Still, it’s a scary situation whenever anyone is involved in a motor vehicle accident of any kind. Thankfully no one was hurt and the Ravens will be ready to play on Monday night against the Saints.
