Former Detroit Lions head coach and current Buffalo Bills defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz does not have fans in Detroit sports radio
Because of twelve billion feet of snow, give or take 11.99 billion or so, the Buffalo Bills were forced to move their NFL home game against the New York Jets to Detroit’s Ford Field on Monday night. One Detroit radio station though, is asking fans to cheer for the Jets, not the Bills, mainly because of the Bills defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz.

Sports 105.1 in Detroit wants Jim Schwartz to lose. He lost his job after being Detroit’s head coach and immediately moved on to Buffalo. The Bills played in Detroit earlier this year and won 17-14. The Bills carried Jim Schwartz off the field as they had just won the Super Bowl. That didn’t sit well with the Lions or their fans.
According to foxsports.com, not only is the radio station asking fans to come cheer for the Jets, they want them to show up in green as well. Schwartz’s victory in October wasn’t the only thing that rubbed Lions fans the wrong way though.
Jim Schwartz’s Lions went 1-6 over their last seven games in 2013. He went 29-51 overall during his tenure there. I’m guessing that has a little something to do with it as well. Some fans chimed in about Schwartz’s return.
So fucking pumped to boo jim schwartz
