Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith said he likes to look his victims in the eye after getting into a fight on Monday Night Football against the New Orleans Saints.

More from Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens returned to the Super Bowl, where they won their most recent Super Bowl, to take on the New Orleans Saints. Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith, who is a new addition to this team and wasn’t apart of that Super Bowl team, lit up the Saints with some beautiful catches in a four-reception 89 yard outing.

After one catch, Smith got into it with New Orleans Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro. It looked like there was some pushing and shoving after the tackle, then Vaccaro swung at Smith which set Smith off.

After the game, Smith had some interesting comments about the incident afterwards.

“I made a pact with myself that I’d look in the eyes of all my victims before taking their lunch money,” Smith said on ESPN after the game, via NFL.com. “Anyone can run a go route. Can you cover these multiple routes I’m gonna run? The answer is no.”

Smith is always good for some post game comments.
