For another straight week, Reggie Bush is out for the Detroit Lions which has once again left fantasy owners out in the cold.

The Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears are set to kick off everyone’s Thanksgiving day of football but one player will not be out on the field. Reggie Bush continues to nurse an ankle injury that has kept him out of the last batch of Lions games this season.

That’s a trend conitnuing in the saddest of fashions on Thursday, as once again the Lions will be without Bush on the field. According to CBS Sports insider Jason La Canfora, Bush doesn’t feel great about his ankle and it’s not responding well enough for Lions trainers or coaches to give him the green light to play against Chicago.

This then caused a less than thrilled reaction to trickle out from both fans and fantasy owners who were once again left out in the cold.

Bush was a great fantasy pickup last year but this season has been super disappointing. He has barely played and when he does he can’t seem to muster up many points. It’s come time for fantasy owners to either trade or consider releasing Bush as he’s not going to be very effective in getting you a championship if he’s sitting on the bench week in and week out.
