Ah yes, few rivalries are better in sports, let alone college football than the one between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Michigan Wolverines.
Of course, the rivalry doesn’t stop on the field as at times the battle between fan bases compares to the one taking place on the gridiron. From amusing pre-game signs to marching bands trolling each other, there’s always something brewing between the Buckeyes and Wolverines.
Today is no different as the two meet at the Horseshoe and an Ohio State fan ended up wearing a rather amusing shirt which had the internet in stitches.
There’s a good chance you’ve seen the style of shirt before as it’s routinely featured with different topics though this is the first time many have seen it directed at an NCAA team.
Playing off the infamous “Jesus Hates” verbiage, the fan debuted her “Jesus Hates Michigan” shirt before the tilt which was applauded by the Ohio State faithful. Understandably some Michigan fans didn’t take too kindly to the shirt, though one seemed to get a kick out of it.
The relationship between the man and woman isn’t known – perhaps they’re just random fans who met at the game or maybe they known each other or are possibly even friends/family.
Either way, nice to see the two fan bases interacting cordially.
For now, at least.
