Arian Foster Is In A British State Of Mind
Houston Texans RB Arian Foster spoke to reporters with a British accent.
No need to adjust that dial. Nope. The NFL has not experienced an invasion of evil British clones, set to replace the entire league right under our noses and spread pro-soccer propaganda.

Sounds like an episode of South Park though. Man, that would be pretty entertaining. Sadly though, Arian Foster’s sudden fondness for this particular accent appears to be without any ulterior motive. Seemingly with out reason, the Houston Texans all pro RB decided to pull a page from Madonna’s playbook and embrace our neighbors from overseas. Imitation, after all, is the sincerest form of flattery.
But is the following too much? Where is the line drawn between funny, awkward, and even cringe-worthy? Seriously, can someone provide us with a guide on when to laugh at this, and when to stare in shear astonishment at how painful this is to watch? This video brings up a few key assumptions we just have to make.
1. Arian Foster probably has trouble discerning between an Irish and British accent.
2. He does not take himself too seriously. That is a very admirable trait in today’s NFL, which has been rocked by a great deal of negative publicity this season.
The 3rd point ties in with the latter portion of number 2 actually. Compared to some of his fellow contemporaries, Foster appears to be a very light-hearted and approachable guy.
Yeah, we could probably do without another attempt at it, but Arian Foster gets an A for effort on this one.
