Reggie Bush Ready To Play For Detroit Lions On Sunday
By Cory Buck
Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush said he’s 100% healthy and that he will play on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Reggie Bush is tired of sitting on the sidelines watching his teammates have all the fun. He’s ready to gear up and get back on the field for the Detroit Lions as the team continues its march to the NFL playoffs.

“That excites me,” Bush said of the Lions big Thanksgiving win over the Chicago Bears, per the Detroit Free Press. “That motivates me to get out there and get back on the field with my teammates, because seeing them play well motivates me to work even harder to get back out there so that I can take part in the fun.”
He’ll have a nice primer in Week 14 when the Lions play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who sport a generous defense that sits among the ten worst defenses in terms of yards allowed per game. That’s just fine for Bush though, who wants to shake off the rust before the Lions get where they want to be.
“I just want to be in there,” he said. “I want to be in well before the playoffs. I’m not sitting out till the playoffs. I’m playing this Sunday.”
