Cleveland Cavaliers and NBA superstar LeBron James was ripped by Geraldo for being a bad father after wearing an ‘I Can’t Breathe’ T-Shirt.

LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers wore an ‘I Can’t Breathe’ T-Shirt in warmups in their recent game against the Brooklyn Nets, and has received quite a bit of hit from Geraldo for it. The shirt, of course, is in support of Eric Garner, who passed away after a confrontation with police offers.

After all of the drama going around between the deaths of Garner and Missouri teenager Mike Brown, the tensions have been very high. Wearing these T-Shirts is something that many are turning to, but Geraldo ripped on James a bit for being a poor father for wearing the shirt. It is a very controversial subject, but take a look at what Geraldo said.

There will be differing opinions on this subject from all different corners, and it’s unfortunate that this discussion is even going on. Racism in any way, shape, or form is wrong, and it is all too obvious in today’s society. It goes both ways, and it won’t stop until everyone realizes that everyone else is equal.

Does anyone deserve to die in a situation like Garner or Brown? Absolutely not. On the other hand, should a cop feel threatened by someone like the two in question have said that they did? Absolutely not.

These situations are easily avoidable if people would listen to the chain of command that have been put in place. The Ferguson, Missouri situation has been resolved and the Grand Jury’s decision has been proven with concrete evidence. As for the Garner situation, it is a bit more of a mystery.

It’s hard to go into further detail until more information comes out, but either way our thoughts and prayers are with his family in this difficult time. Hopefully our world will improve on the racism front, but it won’t happen unless everyone joins together and works together on doing so.
