Peyton Manning Leaves Game After Suffering Injury
Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning exited Sunday’s game against the San Diego Chargers before the close of the first half with an undisclosed condition.
Although nothing is official just yet, this is stuff nightmares are made out of for Denver Broncos fans. Peyton Manning is in the locker room and Brock Osweiler is on the field for the team as their starting quarterback left the game just before halftime with an undisclosed condition.

Reports have been circulating lately that Manning has been harboring flu-like symptoms for the past couple of days heading into Sunday’s match up with the Chargers. While nothing has been reported on Manning’s actual condition, there are early whispers that he is receiving an IV.
Could it be the result of that block he threw on a CJ Anderson goal line stop? Possibly. It might be dehydration from San Diego’s blistering heat; the flu is not something to be taken lightly either.
Again, while nothing further has come out on the situation, the Broncos cannot afford to lose their starting quarterback this late in the season. Manning has been the heart and soul of this Denver team since his arrival back in 2012. The team is currently 11-3 on the season, and has the 2nd seed in the AFC as of today.
Update
Manning is being listed as probable to return in the second half of the game. If indications are indeed correct, this is a huge blow avoided by the Broncos.
