Stop me if you’ve heard this before – Arian Foster is hurt.
It seems to be a near weekly occurrence for the All-Pro and today is no different as the running back went down with injury during the Houston Texans season finale.
Foster, who missed half of the 2013 season was able to avoid serious injury this season though continually dealt with nagging issues despite rushing for over 1200 yards while amassing 8 rushing touchdowns through 16 games.
The running back was coming towards the completion of a rush against the Jacksonville Jaguars when he went down with the injury, clearly nursing his leg in the process.
Arian Foster quickly left the field and headed to the Houston Texans locker room and has been deemed by the team as ‘questionable’ to return.
Considering the Houston Texans don’t have much to play for, it’s very possible we may have seen the last of Arian Foster this season as they certainly don’t want to cause any further harm.
Foster has routinely dealt with hamstring issues all season so the early belief is that he may have bothered the temperamental muscle yet again.
Alfred Blue has taken over the Houston Texans starting running back duties and has already scored a touchdown in Foster’s absence.
