In today’s NFL match up between the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants, Chris Polk rushed for an early 4th quarter touchdown to extend his team’s lead.
In a game between two teams with virtually nothing to play for, it has been a thriller in the Meadowlands. The 9-6 Philadelphia Eagles have already been eliminated from post season contention, as have the abysmal 6-9 New York Giants. However, both teams have been clicking on all cylinders on offense today.

Eagles running back Chris Polk added to the Eagles lead with a touchdown on the ground early on in the fourth quarter to bring the score to 31-19. The score was his 4th on the season. QB Mark Sanchez has also remained on point today with 292 yards through the air thus far, along with 2 TD, 1 INT, and a 96.1 passer rating.
Not to be outdone, Giants QB Eli Manning has 429 yards passing with 1 TD, 0 INT, and an 87.7 passer rating. Star rookie wide out Odell Beckham Jr. has 12 catches for 185 yards and a TD as well.
