By now you’ve certainly heard about the oddities that took place in Southern California on Christmas Day involving a Kobe Bryant fan.
In short, two men engaged in an argument on Twitter over the Los Angeles Lakers star and one decided to suggest they ‘meet in Temecula‘, a town located between Los Angeles and San Diego.
Understandably the hilarity took the internet by storm and the news even made it’s way to Kobe Bryant this past weekend who suggested the ‘Mamba Army don’t f*** around’.
That’s where it all dies out, right? Not even close as the man who actually drove to Temecula on Christmas has now released a ‘Meet Me In Temecula’ diss rap song.
Rhyming over the “Believe Me” beat made popular by Lil Wayne and Drake, “Mr. RealAF” as he calls himself starts spitting verbal barbs, not only at “Snottie”, the man who disagreed in the Kobe Bryant based argument but also takes shots at the internet as a whole.
It might have taken twelve months, but this might be the best thing to happen during 2014. Seriously, the fact one person felt the need to actually get in the car (on Christmas, nonetheless) and drive over a half hour to Temecula over a verbal fight on social media is funny enough. But to then make a diss rap song, as if you were emulating your best 2Pac/Notorious B.I.G.?
Epic.
Just for this I hope Kobe Bryant decides to play until he’s 55 and rolls around the court in a wheelchair just so Mr. RealAF and Snottie can continue their Twitter beef.
