Oregon and Ohio State mascots’ hilarious CFB Playoff commercial (Video)
The Ohio State and Oregon mascots teamed up to create a great commercial
Often in sports, collegiate and professional champions travel to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida to celebrate their victory. On Monday January 12, 2015, the first-ever College Football Playoff national championship game will be held in Dallas, Texas, as the Ohio State Buckeyes take on the Oregon Ducks.

The winner of that game could be going to Disney World to keep tradition alive. In a hilarious new commercial to celebrate the big upcoming game, Brutus the Buckeye and the Oregon Duck got together to create another classic ESPN mascot commercial in a long line of them.
In the commercial for Disney World and the championship game, Brutus and the Duck are sitting in an airport waiting on a plane for Orlando. The airport workers and Captain notice the mascots have been waiting for a while. Brutus and the duck appear to go about their position, as the commercial reminds us that the National Championship is January 12th.
The commercial is subtle, but draws big laughs. The two mascots nail the scene well and establish a message to the viewer of going to Disney World after winning the big game. ESPN for years has featured various mascots around sports in commercials that have been hits. This one featuring the Duck and Brutus is yet again another brilliant marketing endeavor by ESPN and Disney.
The National Championship is drawing near, so one of these mascots will be able to get on that plane to Orlando.
