We don’t know whether or not the Ohio State Buckeyes or Oregon Ducks will be the national champion, but we at least now know what the field looks like they will be competing on.

We are a mere few days away from the first ever College Football Playoff National Championship Game, featuring a match up between the Oregon Ducks and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
As we know, this historic moment will all play out within the amazing confines of AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX, which is quickly becoming a hotbed for major sporting events.
With that being said, on Wednesday we found out what the field design inside AT&T Stadium will look like when the Ducks and Buckeyes do battle on Monday night for the ultimate college football prize.

The black backgrounds in the end zone is a nice, subtle touch. Other than that, everything seems pretty standard for one of the most iconic moments in the history of college football. (Well, expect Oregon’s uniforms, of course.)
Oregon earned the right to partake in the game by disposing of the Florida State Seminoles in the Rose Bowl last week, 59-20. Right now, no one is playing better than the Ducks in the country, and all they need is one more win to capture the trophy that has eluded the program for so long.
However, Ohio State is coming in with tons of momentum on their side, having upset the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide in the Sugar Bowl. Urban Meyer has pulled off maybe the best coaching performance of his career, and he’s now one win away from the third national title of his career.
