Watch as Malik Monk just destroys the rim and his defender in this brutal assault.
Malik Monk, the 6’3″ 171-pound 5-star recruit out of Lepanto, Arkansas (Bentonville) just leaves everything in shambles as he destroys everything in his path with an earth-shattering dunk.
I am not sure what this defender actually had in mind, but whatever it was it did not work. That looks like it had to hurt a lot more than even his pride. Can you imagine how bad he must have felt? To think his coaches have probably taught him all his life that defense wins championships, but this attempt at defense, or whatever it was, only earned him a spot on Malik Monk’s high school highlight reel.

According to 247 Sports it looks like Malik Monk is, as of now, leaning towards playing his college ball in his home state and attending Arkansas. With the athleticism that Monk displays on this dunk, it is no wonder he is listed as a five-star recruit and will undoubtedly have a great career at the next level.
This is a pretty amazing dunk and show of athleticism from a 16-year-old junior in high school. I can only imagine the Razorbacks of Arkansas have their mouths watering as they await this young man graduating and enrolling as a Razorback.
