Tom Brady and Andrew Luck had a brief moment on the field where they shook hands after the New England Patriots blasted the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship.
On one of the NFL’s biggest stages, Tom Brady shined and Andrew Luck decidedly did not. After the game, the veteran quarterback shook hands and exchanged pleasantries with the young rising star.

Such as these things usually go, the winning quarterback took off his helmet and the losing one kept his hard hat on his head.
The dominance from New England’s offense and the struggles of Indianapolis’s defense probably meant that Luck and the Colts never had a chance. Still, it did not help matters that Luck went a horrific 12-for-33 for 126 yards and two interceptions en route to a 45-7 loss at the hands of the Patriots.
“You blew it,” is one guess at what Brady said to Luck.
“Not yet, kid,” is another reasonable guess as to what Brady said to Luck.
“Thank you, sir,” is literally the only guess at what Luck said to Brady. That is the only possible guess and you know it.
