I was finally back into the money with both lineups yesterday! Well, in the all day ones anyway.

More from FanDuel

There are no all day tournaments today. All of the games are split up between night and day games. There are twice as many (8) games during the day tournaments than the night one (4). So there are more choices during the day than the night one.

Here are my early FanDuel lineups for January 19th:

Point Guards:

Bargains:

Mo Williams, Timberwolves ($6,300): Williams has come back down to earth after his stellar two game stretch. All that means is that he is back down to about 25 fantasy points per night instead of in the 40’s. We knew it wouldn’t last, but having Williams in the high 20’s is still good for his price.

Patrick Beverley, Rockets ($5,500): Beverley is a guy that is always in the 20’s. Rarely higher, rarely lower. The fact that he is playing the Pacers this afternoon means that his chances of breaking 30 are better now than they have been in some time.

Worth The Cost:

Stephen Curry, Warriors ($10,400): CurryĀ had a huge night against the Rockets on Saturday, and could have another one against Denver this afternoon. The Nuggets don’t defend anyone well, but that is especially true of the guards.

Ty Lawson, Nuggets ($9,000): Lawson has been on a tremendous roll since the Nuggets have started trading all of their assets. He has averaged 40 fantasy points a game over his last ten games, and has not been below 30 points in that span. You know what you are getting from Lawson lately. That alone makes him possibly the best high-dollar option.

Risky Play:

John Wall, Wizards ($8,700): Wall has a great matchup with the 76ers this afternoon. The only thing I am concerned about is if this game gets out of hand. That and Wall has only been over 40 fantasy points once in his last ten games. Lawson is a much safer option right now.

My Lineups:

A: Lawson and Williams ($15,300)

B: Williams and Chris Paul ($16,200): Paul is going to destroy the Celtics. That’s all there is to it.

Next: The Best Option At SG Might Not Be Harden

Shooting Guards:

Bargains:

Eric Gordon, Pelicans ($4,900): Gordon is still starting and playing at least 35 minutes per game. He has averaged 23.3 fantasy points per game. While that is not great, it is also very good production for the price. A price which has stayed relatively the same despite the production. Oh, and he plays the Knicks today. He has a chance to go over 30 for the first time since his return.

Courtney Lee, Grizzlies ($4,400): Lee has averaged 23.5 fantasy points over his last four games. The return of Tony Allen appears to have helped Lee’s production. He is a low risk option who should feed you a solid 20 points.

Worth The Cost:

James Harden, Rockets ($10,800): Harden was a disaster against the Warriors on Saturday. That memory should be short lived after he plays the Pacers this afternoon. Mo Williams lit them up. What do you think James Harden can do to them?

Klay Thompson, Warriors ($7,900): Thompson torches average teams from the outside. He has 117.1 fantasy points over the last three games against the Thunder, Rockets, and Heat. He should add another nice number to that total today against the Nuggets.

Risky Play:

Monta Ellis, Mavericks ($7,600): Ellis struggled in both games against the Nuggets. If that alone isn’t enough to scare you off, all you have to do is take a look at Ellis’s track record against today’s opponent, the Grizzlies. Ellis scored just two points on 1-11 from the field in their first meeting. His career splits against Memphis are far below his averages. You are probably better suited to leave Ellis off of your teams today.

My Lineups:

A and B: Gordon and Thompson ($12,800)

Next: There Are Cheap Options At SF Today

Small Forwards:

Bargains:

Matt Barnes, Clippers ($5,100): Barnes has averaged 28 fantasy points per game over his last six games, culminating in a season high 46.5 fantasy points against the Kings on Saturday. Today, Barnes gets the Celtics. He has the potential to light them up as well. I wouldn’t bet on somewhere in the 40’s, but the 30’s are a great possibility.

Robbie Hummel, Timberwolves ($3,800): Hummel has displaced Chase Budinger as a starter, but hisĀ stint will be short lived. Kevin Martin is not expected to play this afternoon, but he will be back very soon. Still, Hummel is a good fantasy play today. He played 43 minutes and notched his first career double-double on Saturday. He might be able to have the same success against Charlotte.

Worth The Cost:

Andrew Wiggins,Ā  Timberwolves ($7,700): Wiggins just keeps getting better. He put up 53.9 fantasy points on the Nuggets on Saturday, his best outing of his young career. Now is not the time to bail on him. Now is the time to play him every time you can while his price is still in this range. From the looks of things, it wont be for much longer.

Michael Kidd-Gilchrist ($5,700): MKG has struggled against good teams. He plays the Timberwolves tonight. They are not a good team. He has done well against the Pacers, Magic, Rockets, and Raptors. Those teams are about the same caliber as the Timberwolves.Ā Another 30 point fantasy game could be on the horizon for MKG.

Risky Play:

DeMarre Carroll, Hawks ($5,400): Carroll struggled mightily against the Bulls on Saturday. Now he has a tough matchup against the Pistons. I don’t think I would trust him here. Especially with other suitable options available.

My Lineups:

A: Wiggins and Kidd-Gilchrist ($13,400)

B: Wiggins and Hummel ($11,500)

Next: Will The Pelicans Play Davis Against The Knicks?

Jan 17, 2015; Memphis, TN, USA; Memphis Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph (50) handles the ball against Portland Trail Blazers forward Dorell Wright (1) during the game at FedExForum. Mandatory Credit: Justin Ford-USA TODAY Sports

Power Forwards:

Bargains:

J. J. Hickson, Nuggets ($4,700): Hickson has averaged 27. 7 fantasy points per game in the seven games since the Mozgov trade, and is still getting about the same minutes as Jusuf Nurkic. So long as this trend keeps up, Hickson is a great bargain for the price.

Donatas Motiejunas, Rockets ($5,600): Motiejunas has averaged 25.7 fantasy points per game in the last ten games. Despite sharing minutes with Josh Smith, he still finds ways to produce. He should definitely be able to put up solid numbers against the Pacers today.

Worth The Cost:

Blake Griffin, Clippers ($10,000): Griffin has a trend of abusing average teams. Today, he gets the mostly below average Boston Celtics. Ultimately, I trust Griffin more than AnthonyĀ Davis. Even if Davis plays, I doubt that he plays big minutes against the Knicks. Especially if the game is out of hand shortly after half time.

Zach Randolph, Grizzlies ($8,500): Randolph hasn’t exactly been the model of consistency this season. The reason that Randolph is on here is because of his matchup against the Mavericks. He has averaged 41.5 fantasy points per game over his last four contests. His recent success paired with the Mavericks lack of success at stopping opposing frontcourts makes him a solid play today.

Risky Play:

Kenneth Faried, Nuggets ($6,700): Faried is always a threat to go off on any given night, but he also could be stuck in the low 20’s like he has the last two nights. His risks aren’t even related to potential opponents. They are completely up to him staying out of foul trouble and in the coach’s good graces. Unfortunately, you never know what is going to happen on any given night.

My Lineups:

A: Griffin and Hickson ($14,700)

B: Hickson and David West ($11,400): West has been a consistent force since his return from injury. I feel more comfortable with him than Faried.

Next: There Could Be A Real Sleeper At Center

Mar 26, 2014; New Orleans, LA, USA; New Orleans Pelicans center Alexis Ajinca (42) dunks over Los Angeles Clippers forward Danny Granger (33) and forward Glen Davis (0) during the second quarter of a game at the Smoothie King Center. Mandatory Credit: Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

Center:

Bargains:

Bismack Biyombo, Hornets ($5,100): Biyombo has averaged 33 fantasy points per game since taking over the starting job with Al Jefferson out. He has shown more offensive prowess than in past years, and may finally be coming into his own. Maybe.

Worth The Cost:

DeAndre Jordan, Clippers ($8,100): Jordan is about as inconsistent as they come. That said, I would still trust him against Boston. The poor Celtics have been dominated by almost everyone. Can Jordan do it was well? There is a strong chance that he could.

Risky Play:

Alexis Ajinca, Pelicans ($3,800): Ajinca has scored 69.5 fantasy points in his last two games with Anthony Davis out. In fact, he has far outplayed the incumbent at center, Omer Asik. Davis is once again a game time decision, but if he is out, look for Ajinca to see good minutes again. Even if Davis is back, I would look for Ajinca to seriously cut into Asik’s minutes, even more than usual.

My Lineups:

A: Ajinca ($3,800)

B: Jordan ($8,100)
