Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback Braxton Miller is enrolled for the spring semester among rumors that he could transfer for football reasons.
Braxton Miller was the Ohio State Buckeyes starting quarterback heading into this past season, but an injury forced J.T. Barrett into action. Barrrett finished the season fifth in the Heisman Trophy voting, but unfortunately injured his ankle and Cardale Jones was then called into action. It was Jones who lead the Buckeyes past both Alabama and Oregon, and won the National Championship.

After all of the drama under center, Ohio State quarterback job is up for grabs in 2015 between three deserving players. At this point in time it appears that Miller is on the outside looking in, and there have been rumors about him transferring to play his senior season elsewhere.
Despite all of that transfer talk, Miller is still enrolled for the spring semester at Ohio State. That doesn’t mean much as far as his transfer plans, but it does show that he isn’t rushing his transfer decision.
Miller has racked up 5,292 passing yards to go along with 52 touchdowns and 17 interceptions. He has been one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks throughout his career as well, rushing for 3,054 yards and 32 touchdowns. Those numbers show just how valuable of a player he is, and there are plenty of schools out there that would be happy to bring him on board for a season.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see Miller transfer to a team like Florida State or Auburn, but there is also the chance that he chooses to stick it out with Ohio State.
There aren’t many quarterbacks that possess as much talent as Miller has, and he could have his choice of where he wanted to play next season if he chooses to transfer. Ohio State is without a doubt one of the favored teams to make a run at the National Championship next season. If Miller does transfer, you can expect the team he chooses to be considered a legitimate championship contender as well.
This news about his enrollment for the spring semester isn’t huge news, but it does show that he is still considering whether or not to leave.
