The fixtures for the fifth round of the FA Cup were announced today.
With the dust settling on a very entertaining weekend of FA Cup games, with a few shocking results, the draw has been made for the 5th round of the cup. A weekend that was filled with upsets, gave the FA Cup that magic feel of old.

That’s what cup football is all about, the small teams getting their 15 minutes of fame by embarrassing the big dogs. The two biggest upsets were both Chelsea and Manchester City losing at home.
Chelsea were beaten by Bradford City in a game that ended 4-2 to the visitors. It was a massive shock but not the only one of the day as Manchester City went down 2-0 at home to Middlesbrough.
It definitely wasn’t a weekend for the betting man as those two teams were massive favorites to win at home. To top it all off, there were even more shocks.
Little old Cambridge Utd held out for a draw against Manchester United, Bolton got a draw out of Liverpool and both Southampton and Tottenham were knocked out by weaker opposition.

- Crystal Palace v Liverpool or Bolton Wanderers
- Arsenal v Middlesbrough
- Aston Villa v Leicester City
- West Bromwich Albion v West Ham United
- Bradford City v Sunderland or Fulham
- Blackburn Rovers v Rochdale or Stoke City
- Derby County v Reading
- Preston North End or Sheffield United v Cambridge United or Manchester United
