4. Oklahoma City Thunder

Roy Hibbert would be a perfect fit in Oklahoma City with the Thunder, and the Indiana Pacers could definitely have their eye on one player in particular. Reggie Jackson would be an ideal franchise point guard, and that is one position that the Pacers could use a serious upgrade. The Pacers are currently dealing with George Hill at point guard, but he is much more effective as a combo guard.

That being said, the Thunder would likely be more than happy to consider this deal as well. They have been trying to acquire Brook Lopez from the Brooklyn Nets, but Hibbert would give them the type of defense they’re looking for while also offering good offensive ability. Lopez is a much better offensive player, but his defense leaves a good amount to be desired.

Thinking about a potential starting front-court of Hibbert and Serge Ibaka is a scary thought for opposing offenses.

It would be a great deal for the two teams to begin talking about, and Indiana would likely take Kendrick Perkins’ contract away from Oklahoma City as well in the deal. Hibbert would help take the Thunder even farther in the Western Conference, and he would fit very well in the system that the Thunder run.
