Super Bowl 49: Did Marshawn Lynch grab his crotch again?
By Evan Massey
Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch scored a touchdown in the first half of Super Bowl 49 against the New England Patriots, and it appeared that he may have given his patented crotch grab.
Marshawn Lynch hasn’t been in the good graces of the NFL this season, as he has tested them time and time again. Multiple fines have been handed down on him and he could be facing a couple more before Super Bowl 49 gets over with.

It all started with wearing golden cleats during pregame action this evening before kickoff, which was something that the NFL had told him he was not allowed to do a couple of weeks ago. Then it appeared that he gave his patented crotch grab after scoring Seattle’s first touchdown in the first half. There was no definitive camera angle, but a still picture definitely caught what looked like he might have been flashing the celebration.
Lynch has already been fined for his crotch-grab celebration, and the NFL has made it clear that they don’t want to see it again.
All of that being said, Lynch has never shown any type of care about the NFL’s rules. He couldn’t care less about the fines that the league is handing down to him. Lynch would rather look like a fool than comply to the already low standards and rules that the league has put in place.
Take a look at the video and still footage for yourself, and come up with your own opinion. Do you think Lynch flashed his crotch-grab celebration quickly following the touchdown?
